When you order we collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address — only what is needed to fulfil the order. Trader accounts additionally store the shop name and emirate.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider Nomod on their secure pages. We never see or store card numbers.

How we use your data

To process and deliver orders, provide warranty service, and contact you about your order on WhatsApp. We do not sell your data to anyone.
