This website is operated by Max Art Advertising & Marketing L.L.C ("Max Art", "we"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the official distributor of EKR charging products.

Orders & prices

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Retail prices include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Wholesale prices are visible only to approved trader accounts and are subject to minimum order quantities per model. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payment

We accept card payments through our secure payment partner Nomod (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay), cash on delivery inside the UAE, and bank transfer. Your card details are processed by the payment provider and never touch our servers.

Shipping

UAE orders are delivered within 24–48 hours; delivery is free for orders of AED 200 or more, otherwise AED 15. GCC and international shipping times and costs are confirmed per order before dispatch.

Warranty

All EKR products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or misuse.
