7-day returns

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories.

Defective items

If a product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault within the 12-month warranty, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details — we will replace it or refund you after inspection, including return shipping for confirmed defects inside the UAE.

How refunds are paid

Card payments are refunded to the same card through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

How to start a return
